In dieser Funktion bist du als Teil eines Entwicklungsteams für die erfolgreiche Entwicklung und Optimierung von produktspezifischer Test- und Prüfhardware für den Einsatz in unserer Produktion verantwortlich.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

• Planung und Entwicklung der hardwarerelevanten Komponenten von Test- und Prüfequipment insbesondere elektronischen Schaltungen, PCB-Layout-Designs, Einhausungen und Schaltschränken

• Erstellung der notwendigen technischen Dokumentation sowie der Fertigungsdokumentation zur Erreichung der CE-Konformität

• Fertigung und Zusammenbau des Test- und Prüfgerätes in Kooperation mit der mechanischen Fertigung

• Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Erstellung hardwarerelevanter Testspezifikationen im Zuge der Qualifizierung

• Durchführung von Tests zur Inbetriebnahme und Qualifizierung

• Erstellung von Kalibrier- und Wartungsvorgaben unter Berücksichtigung der Kundenanforderungen

• Ursachen- und Fehleranalysen im Zusammenhang mit dem Test- und Prüfequipment

• Durchführung von Reparaturen an Test- und Prüfgeräten

In this role, you will be part of a development team responsible for the successful development and optimisation of product-specific test and inspection hardware for use in our production.

*Your area of responsibility

• Planning and development of hardware-relevant components of test and inspection equipment, in particular electronic circuits, PCB layout designs, enclosures and control cabinets

• Preparation of the necessary technical documentation as well as the production documentation to achieve CE conformity

• Manufacture and assembly of the test equipment in cooperation with the mechanical production department

• Collaboration in the planning and creation of hardware-relevant test specifications in the course of qualification

• Carrying out tests for commissioning and qualification

• Preparation of calibration and maintenance specifications taking into account customer requirements

• Cause and error analyses in connection with the test and inspection equipment

• Carrying out repairs on test and inspection equipment

*Dein Profil

• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL) mit Bezug zu Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Elektromechanik o.Ä.

• Erweiterte Kenntnisse zur Software E-Plan sind von Vorteil

• Du besitzt grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von PCB-Layout-Designs und Auswahl von Bauteilen

• Analytische Denkweise und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zählen zu deinen Stärken

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Du bist ein verantwortungsbewusster Teamplayer

• You have completed a technical education (HTL) with reference to electrical engineering, electronics, electromechanics or similar.

• Advanced knowledge of E-Plan software is an advantage

• You have basic knowledge in the creation of PCB layout designs and the selection of components.

• Analytical thinking and careful working methods are among your strengths

• You have a very good command of written and spoken English (good knowledge of German preferable)

• You are a responsible team player

Unsere Mitarbeiter:innen überzeugen durch ihre Kompetenzen und Persönlichkeit, weshalb wir Ihren Bruttolohn auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung von 38,5 Std. gemeinsam individuell gestalten. Eine Überzahlung des KV-Mindestbruttolohns von € 2.751,84 monatlich (14 Mal) ist somit je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
