Job Description

In dieser Funktion bist du für die erfolgreiche Gestaltung, Planung und Umsetzung von Produktionsabläufen unter Berücksichtigung der externen Kundenanforderungen und internen Prozessvorgaben verantwortlich.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:
• Bewertung von externen Kundenanforderungen und Prüfung der technischen Machbarkeit
• Planung und Einführung von notwendigen Fertigungshilfsmittel für den konzipierten Produktionsablauf wie Arbeitsanweisungen, Werkzeuge, Vorrichtungen und Messmittel
• Planung und Einführung der notwendigen Arbeitsplätze unter Berücksichtigung des vorhandenen Produktionshallenlayouts und der internen Materiallogistik
• Mitarbeit bei der Anforderungserstellung, der Lieferantenauswahl und der Abnahme von Produktionsanlagen und Automatisierungslösungen
• Ermittlung und Überprüfung von Produktionsvorgabezeiten durch Soll-/Ist-Vergleiche sowie Einleitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen am Produktionsablauf bei Abweichungen
• Planung und Umsetzung von produkt- und prozessspezifischen Änderungen
• Vorbereitung bzw. Erstellung von technischen Lieferantenvorgaben für ausgelagerte Produktionsschritte

*In this position, you are responsible for the successful design, planning and implementation of production processes, taking into consideration external customer requirements and internal process specifications.

Your area of responsibility:
• Evaluating external customer requirements and checking their technical feasibility
• Planning and introducing the necessary production aids for the designed production process such as work instructions, tools, devices and measuring equipment
• Planning and introducing the necessary workstations, taking into account the existing production hall layout and internal material logistics
• Collaboration in the creation of requirements, the selection of suppliers and the acceptance of production facilities and automation solutions
• Determination and review of production target times by means of target/actual comparisons as well as initiation of optimisation measures on the production process in case of deviations
• Planning and implementation of product- and process-specific changes
• Preparation or creation of technical supplier specifications for outsourced production steps

Dein Profil
• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (TU, HTL, FH oder LAP mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung) im Bereich Elektronik/ Mechatronik
• Idealerweise konntest du praktische Erfahrung mit Fertigungsabläufen sammeln
• Erfahrung in der Durchführung von SMD und THT Lötprozessen sind von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse im SAP Modul PP bzw. Erfahrungen mit Arbeitsplanung und Stücklistenorganisation sind wünschenswert
• Unternehmerisches Denken und operative Umsetzungsstärke treffen auf dich zu
• Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit einer qualitätsorientierten Handlungsweise

*Your profile:
• You have completed a technical education (TU, HTL, FH or LAP with relevant work experience) in the field of electronics/mechatronics.
• Ideally, you have gained practical experience with production processes
• Experience in SMD and THT soldering processes is an advantage
• Knowledge of the SAP module PP or experience with work planning and parts list organisation is desirable
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong operational implementation skills
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and a quality-oriented approach.

Unsere Mitarbeiter:innen überzeugen durch ihre Kompetenzen und Persönlichkeit, weshalb wir Ihren Bruttolohn auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung von 38,5 Std. gemeinsam individuell gestalten. Eine Überzahlung des KV-Mindestbruttolohns von € 3.102,45 monatlich (14 Mal) ist somit je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
