Manager Material Logistics (w/m/d)

Job Description

In dieser Position verantwortest du die fachliche und disziplinäre Führung der Abteilung und bist für die Sicherstellung der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Verfahren für die Bereiche Wareneingang, Lager und Versand zuständig.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und -verfahren für Materialwirtschaft
• Verantwortung über die Einhaltung und Umsetzung der relevanten Prozesse und Verfahren
• Vorantreiben der Digitalisierungsschwerpunkte für den verantwortlichen Bereich
• Materialbereitstellungskonzepte erarbeiten und im ERP-System implementieren
• Effiziente Gestaltung des Einlagerungs- und Kommissionierungsprozesses
• Optimale Materialbereitstellung zur Fertigungslinie um Wertschöpfungsverluste zu vermeiden
• Erstellung und Überwachung der KPI´s sowie Einleiten entsprechender Gegenmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen
• Schulung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern:innen
• Eskalationsmanagement innerhalb der Abteilung und darüber hinaus zu weiteren Schnittstellen

In this position, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the department and for ensuring the implementation and further development of processes and procedures for the areas of incoming goods, warehouse and dispatch.

*Your tasks:
• Definition and further development of processes and procedures for materials management
• Responsibility for compliance and implementation of the relevant processes and procedures
• Advancing the digitalisation priorities for the responsible area
• Developing material supply concepts and implementing them in the ERP system
• Efficient design of the putaway and picking process
• Optimal provision of materials to the production line in order to avoid value-added losses
• Preparation and monitoring of KPI’s and initiation of appropriate countermeasures in case of deviations
• Training and further development of employees
• Escalation management within the department and beyond to other interfaces

Dein Profil
• Du verfügst über eine einschlägige Ausbildung im Bereich Materialwirtschaft / Logistik und bringst auch berufliche Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich mit
• Du bist eine Führungspersönlichkeit mit Problemlösungskompetenz
• Der Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen sowie mit SAP sind dir vertraut
• Du besitzt ein sehr gutes Prozessverständnis
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Handlungsweise zeichnen dich aus

Your profile
• You have a relevant education in the area of materials management / logistics and also bring professional experience in this area with you
• You are a leader with problem-solving skills
• You are familiar with MS Office programs and SAP
• You have a very good understanding of processes
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English (good knowledge of German preferable)

Unsere Mitarbeiter:innen überzeugen durch ihre Kompetenzen und Persönlichkeit, weshalb wir Ihren Bruttolohn auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung von 38,5 Std. gemeinsam individuell gestalten. Eine Überzahlung des KV-Mindestbruttolohns von € 3.568,05 monatlich (14 Mal) ist somit je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
