Logistics Planner (w/m/d)

Job Description

In dieser Funktion bist du innerhalb von Projekten zur Einführung neuer Produkte in den Produktionsbereich dafür verantwortlich alle notwendigen logistischen Prozesse zu planen, umzusetzen sowie für eine reibungslose Versorgung in der Serienproduktion zu sorgen.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Bewertung von logistischen Anforderungen des Kunden im Rahmen von Projektanfragen
• Erarbeitung der notwendigen Logistikkonzepte und -anforderungen hinsichtlich des internen und externen Transports sowie der Lagerung, der Behälter- und der Materialabrufplanungen
• Planung und Umsetzung der abgeleiteten Aufgaben aus den Logistikkonzepten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam
• Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Logistikprozessen unter Einbeziehung der zuständigen Fachbereiche für die Versorgung der Serienproduktion
• Schaffung der notwendigen Schnittstellen und Informationskanäle zu den Fachbereichen
• Einführung von Kennzahlen zur Überwachung der Logistikprozesse

*In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing all necessary logistical processes within projects for the introduction of new products into the production area, as well as ensuring a smooth supply in series production.

*Your tasks:
• Evaluation of logistical requirements of the customer within the scope of project enquiries.
• Developing the necessary logistics concepts and requirements with regard to internal and external transport as well as storage, container and material call-off planning
• Planning and implementation of the tasks derived from the logistics concepts in close cooperation with the project team
• Further development of existing logistics processes with the involvement of the responsible departments for the supply of series production
• Creation of the necessary interfaces and information channels to the specialist departments
• Introduction of key figures for monitoring the logistics processes

Dein Profil
• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (FH/Uni/HTL) im Bereich Logistik, Produktionsmanagement, Supply Chain Management o.Ä.
• Idealerweise hast du schon Erfahrung in einem produzierendem Unternehmen im Automotive-Bereich gesammelt
• Erste Erfahrung in Lean Management von Vorteil
• Der Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen sowie mit SAP sind dir vertraut
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Dein analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken sind genauso gefragt wie Dein offenes Mindset und neue Ideen

• You have completed a higher technical education (FH/Uni/HTL) in the field of logistics, production management, supply chain management or similar.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in a manufacturing company in the automotive sector.
• Initial experience in lean management is an advantage
• You are familiar with MS Office programmes and SAP
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English (good knowledge of German preferable)
• Your analytical and entrepreneurial thinking is just as important as your open mindset and new ideas

Unsere Mitarbeiter:innen überzeugen durch ihre Kompetenzen und Persönlichkeit, weshalb wir Ihren Bruttolohn auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung von 38,5 Std. gemeinsam individuell gestalten. Eine Überzahlung des KV-Mindestbruttolohns von € 3.102,45 monatlich (14 Mal) ist somit je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
