You are our (Senior) Digital Performance Media Specialist (m/f/d) or Astronaut of all CPx. With your 1A tool understanding of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center and Facebook Business Manager you master the keyboard of digital media in your sleep. You play the right audience with the right message at the best cost. You drive Google, Facebook/ Instagram and Pinterest ad accounts to peak performance and continuously optimize ROAS. You act with common sense, an entrepreneurial mindset and a lot of fun and thus actively support our multi-channel transformation.
You have a growth minimum and strong hands-on mentality.
You have a great passion for digital and e-commerce.
You are characterized by a precise and structured way of working.
Data is the starting point of your decisions.
You have 3+ years of experience in the operational support of large corporate accounts in the field of SEA, Social Ads or Programmatic Advertsing.
Nice-to-have: Degree (university/technical college) with a focus on digital/e-commerce, marketing or business.
THIS IS MY JOB
You develop the Performance Media day-to-day business in our tools.
You plan budgets under the performance aspect, shift budgets to better performing channels and test new options.
You adjust ad groups and parameters to get 10% uplift out of best performers.
You work closely with the other areas of the multi-channel team such as Sales/Category Management, Product Data and Web Platform.
You monitor the digital advertising market, the competition and the development of the major ad players.
You work on a wide range of multi-channel transformation projects.
