Job Description

For our Restaurants in the heart of Vienna we are looking for a motivated and cordial RESTAURANT TRAINEES (m/f/d).

We are looking for an apprentice who is passionate about gastronomy. Someone who enjoys taking care of and pampering our guests, even on weekends and holidays.

These are your tasks:
– Service work in the various outlets (restaurant & bar)
– Product knowledge of food and beverages
– Insights into stock-keeping and purchasing
– Hygiene regulations
– Preparation and execution of events
– Craftsmanship skills

What you bring with you:
– A positive compulsory school leaving certificate
– Flexibility, ability to work in a team and under pressure
– Good knowledge of German (English advantageous)

The apprentice compensation in the 1st year of apprenticeship is € 810,00 gross per month.
