Due to the current situation and increased demand for support, we are looking for interpreters for Ukrainian German and/or Russian German for conversations in the field of employment services.

SAVD Videodolmetschen GmbH is DACH region market leader for remote interpretation services in the public sector, providing professional interpreters for over 60 languages.

What do we do?

We offer our community interpreting services via audio and video connection in Germany and Austria for public institutions such as government agencies, refugee accommodations, hospitals, schools and many more.

We give non-German speakers a voice and help to overcome language barriers. Simple. Personal. 24/7 available.

Your tasks:

Interpretations via telephone (using our software) for the language combinations Ukrainian German and/or Russian German for German employment services.

Your qualifications:

Excellent German language skills

Excellent Ukrainian language skills

Very good Russian language skills (preferable)

Ability to self-reflect on and self-assess your own work and willingness to learn

Friendly and open demeanour & team mentality

Ideally, you are currently enrolled in or have recently completed a philological or translation-related university degree

Our offer

Part time employment: 20 – 30 hours per week, Mon-Fr, between 8am to 5pm

You work exclusively from home; all necessary equipment will be provided to you

Salary: € 2014,41 gross per month (full time employment)

The amount is variable, depending on qualifications and relevant work experience.
