*** Your mission ***
• You will create high quality user flows, UI designs and prototypes based on research and are willing to fight for good design
• You will work with different teams within digital product development in order to constantly increase customer value
• You will expand our design guidelines, ensure consistent design and point out inconsistencies
• You will combine different sources and methods in order to constantly build knowledge about our customers’ requirements and incorporate them into your work
• You will focus on the customer throughout the entire product development cycle – from research to the final go-live and beyond

*** What you bring to the table ***
• Excellent analytical and conceptional skills in order to dive deep into problems and solve them using innovative concepts
• An eye for detail and aesthetics and the ambition to deliver high-quality results
• A good working knowledge of common design software like Figma
• Experience in deploying different methods for user research, interviews, customer journeys, user flows, ideation, user testing and prototyping
• Experience in agile working methods and you are also no stranger to MVP and Lean
• You work independently, in an organised manner and you are able to debate and make decisions

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or a similar field

The minimum salary for this position is, depending on qualification / training, from €50.000 gross p.a. (full-time). Further overpayment is, of course, possible depending on professional experience and is in line with the market. In a personal conversation, we individually agree with your actual salary!
