Controller (f/m/d) in construction and facility management

Job Description

This is what you can expect

– You will help with processing questions to support management in all controlling matters and work on implementing them (e.g. planning tasks, information and services tasks, controlling tasks, coordination tasks and rationalisation tasks)
– You will be responsible for drawing up and evaluating reports and analyses
– In cooperation with the senior controlling, you will work on the creation and technical checks of the multi-year budget, detailed budget and budget forecast for the area assigned to you
– You will work on budget monitoring and on extrapolating measures as well as provide support for commercial projects at Wiener Linien
– You will assist with the digital transformation of the commercial processes, act as an important sparring partner in the department and process various ad-hoc queries

This is what you will contribute

– You have completed commercial training, a leaving certificate („Matura“) or a qualification / degree at a higher education college or university
– You have several years of professional experience in controlling
– Knowledge of the industry would be an advantage
– You have excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Powerpoint
– Experience with SAP-R3 would be an advantage
– You are willing to put in a lot of work and work well in a team
