As module manager SAP HCM you are involved in our SAP projects mainly in the national environment in (large-scale) projects for our customers. You will actively work on technical issues in incidents, problems, changes and projects and support them with your technical understanding and profound experience in the SAP HCM module.

Your tasks:
– Consulting within the SAP HCM module
– Analysis, conception, modeling and support of SAP HCM processes
– Assumption of project or sub-project management in customer projects
– Troubleshooting within the Incident Management (ticket system)
– Proactive support of technical change processes
– Presales support for information on offers

Your profile:
You have a very good technical degree. As a consultant (m/f/d), you have already gained at least five years of professional experience and have acquired very good knowledge of the various modules of SAP HCM from several customer projects. Furthermore, you are experienced in the technical cooperation in projects and additionally bring the following qualifications:
– module knowledge HCM: PA, OM, PY, PT (not mandatory)
– know-how in the handling of ESS/MSS scenarios
– experience or interest in/on setting up interfaces RFC and ALE as well as SAP Workflow
– first experience in managing projects
– ideally industry know-how in telecommunications

For legal reasons, we would like to draw your attention to the minimum annual gross salary of €52.220 as stipulated in the collective agreement. The final salary is of course based on your individual experience.
