In dieser Funktion bist du für die erfolgreiche Einführung von Neuprodukten unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Zeitzielen verantwortlich.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Du führst ein dynamisches Projektteam von der Angebotsphase bis hin zur Serienproduktion
• Unter Berücksichtigung der internen Methoden und Prozesse bist du für die Umsetzung der Kundenanforderungen zuständig
• Du sorgst für eine reibungslose Planung der Projektaufgaben sowie vorausschauende Steuerung des Projektes
• Im Hinblick auf Projektfortschritte behältst du die Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Zeitziele immer im Auge und eskalierst Zielabweichungen gemäß interner Vorgaben
• Die Sicherstellung der notwendigen Projektdokumentation gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabengebiet
• Du fungierst als direkte Ansprechperson für den Kunden in Bezug auf die technische Projektumsetzung

• You are responsible for the implementation of customer requirements, considering internal methods and processes.
• You ensure that project tasks are planned smoothly and that the project is managed with foresight
• With regard to project progress, you always keep an eye on the quality, cost and time targets and escalate target deviations in accordance with internal specifications
• Ensuring the necessary project documentation is also part of your responsibilities
• You will act as a direct contact person for the customer with regard to the technical implementation of the projec

Dein Profil:
• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder TU) mit Bezug zu Elektronik, Elektromechanik o.Ä.
• Idealerweise verfügst du über erste Erfahrungen als Projektmanager:in und kannst eine Ausbildung im Projektmanagement vorweisen
• Du bist mit Kommunikation in englischer Sprache bestens vertraut
• Vorzugsweise bringst du auch Kenntnisse zu den QM-Systemstandards IATF 16949, ISO 9001 und den Automotive Core Tools mit
• Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz zeichnen dich aus

*Your profile:
• You have a finished technical education (higher technical school, university) with reference to electronics, electromechanics or similar.
• You should ideally have some experience as a project manager and have completed training in project management.
• You are comfortable with communication in the English language.
• Preferably you also have knowledge of the QM system standards IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and the Automotive Core Tools
• You are characterised by a solution-oriented approach and a high level of problem-solving skills.
