Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• In dieser Funktion sind Sie für die erfolgreiche Einführung von Neuprodukten unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Zeitzielen verantwortlich.

• Organisatorische Führung eines interdisziplinären Projektteams von der Angebotsphase bis zur Serienproduktion

• Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Kundenanforderungen unter Berücksichtigung der internen Methoden und Prozesse

• Planung der Projektaufgaben und vorausschauende Steuerung des Projektes

• Überwachung der Projektfortschritte hinsichtlich Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Zeitziele

• Eskalation bei möglichen Abweichungen gegenüber den Zielen

• Sicherstellung der notwendigen Projektdokumentation

• Direkte Ansprechperson für Kunden

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder TU) mit Bezug zu Elektronik, Elektromechanik o.Ä.

• Erste Erfahrungen als Projektmanager:in, vorzugsweise mit Projektmanagementausbildung

• Kenntnisse zu den QM-Systemstandards IATF 16949, ISO 9001 und den Automotive Core Tools von Vorteil

• Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse ( gute Deutsch Kenntnisse wünschenswert)

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH or TU) with reference to electronics, electromechanics or similar.

• Initial experience as a project manager, preferably with project management training

• Knowledge of the QM system standards IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and the Automotive Core Tools would be an advantage

• Solution-oriented approach and high problem-solving competence

• Very good knowledge of English (good knowledge of German preferable)
