Dein Aufgabengebiet:

• Selbstständige Verbuchung aller Geschäftsfälle gemäß UGB und IFRS nach erfolgter Rechnungsprüfung

• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der automatischen Rechnungsverbuchung anhand der Software NSCALE

• Anlagenbuchhaltung

• Wöchentliches Reporting

• Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss gemäß UGB und IFRS

• Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten in Bezug auf Zahlungsverkehr

• Wöchentliche Zahlläufe vorbereiten und abwickeln

• Bearbeitung der Mahnungen

• Meldungen an Statistik Austria

• Unterstützung bei Controlling und Reporting sowie bei steuerlichen Sonderthemen

• Kontrolle und Verbesserung der laufenden Buchhaltungstätigkeiten bzw. der internen Prozessabläufe

*Your tasks:

• Independent booking of all business transactions in accordance with the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) and IFRS after the invoice has been audited.

• Support and further development of automatic invoice posting using the NSCALE software

• Asset accounting

• Weekly reporting

• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with UGB and IFRS

• Communication with customers and suppliers regarding payment transactions

• Prepare and process weekly payment runs

• Processing reminders

• Reporting to Statistics Austria

• Support with controlling and reporting as well as special tax issues

• Control and improvement of current accounting activities and internal processes

Dein Profil:

• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HLW, HAK, etc.)

• Du hast berewww.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)its den Buchhalterlehrgang inkl. Prüfung absolviert

• Du besitzt Grundkenntnisse in IFRS, StR und UGB

• Der Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen sowie SAP sind dir vertraut

• Du hast keine Scheu dich auf Englisch zu verständigen

• Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit effizienter und strukturierter Arbeitsweise

• You are familiar with MS Office programmes and SAP

Eine Überzahlung des KV-Mindestbruttolohns von € 2.751,84monatlich (14 Mal) ist somit je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
