Hangar-7 at Salzburg Airport is a unique building that houses the historical Flying Bulls aircraft fleet and a collection of Formula 1 racing cars. In addition, Hangar-7 offers space for art exhibitions. And with its Restaurant Ikarus, two bars, Outdoor Lounge and a café, it is not only an event venue, but also a meeting point for art lovers and bons vivants. Restaurant Ikarus inside the Red Bull Hangar-7 boasts two Michelin stars and 19 Gault & Millau points. With its guest chef concept, it offers a world of exciting new opportunities. To reinforce our dynamic and successful team, we are currently seeking a

Commis de Rang – Restaurant Ikarus (m/f/d)

We can offer you:

Regular working hours and a five-day week, including 3 half-days from 5:00 p.m.

Pay above the collectively agreed rates (14 monthly salaries, potential performance-related bonus)

Your duties in the team:

Providing our international guests with professional service and advice

Serving food and drinks in accordance with our professional internal service standards

Preparing the daily mise en place

Supporting the demi chef de rang and the chef de rang

Adhering to hygiene standards

What we expect from you:

Completed training in the restaurant trade

Initial professional experience beneficial

Excellent customer service skills

A smart appearance and a confident and friendly demeanour

Ability to think and act independently

Capacity for teamwork, flexibility, reliability, ability to cope with pressure

A very good command of English, German language skills are advantageous

In addition to an exciting working environment, we offer a minimum gross monthly salary of 2,200 euros plus excellent employee benefits for this position. We are, of course, prepared to pay more depending on your experience and qualifications.
