SPAR ICS is the IT company of the SPAR Austria Group and takes care of all IT needs of SPAR, INTERSPAR, Hervis and SES Spar European Shopping Centers.
We are over 500 clever minds and have two agendas: The smooth shopping experience of all SPAR customers in 8 countries and the digital business processes „behind the shelves“ in the group.
You support us:
You act as a Scrum Master in the combination of classic project management tasks and the management of a Scrum team and are responsible for, control and develop an agile Scrum team whose task is the technical further development of the Hervis online shop
Creation of a solution-oriented way of working and smooth communication in the team and with the associated stakeholders in IT and the department. This also includes the further development of the cooperation processes between business and IT
Solving challenges and promoting an agile way of working in a team that is geared towards self-organization
Organization and moderation of the Scrum meetings and supports the organization and processing of the product backlogs
Close cooperation with the product lead, the development lead and the operations lead in terms of a DevOps approach
Manage the project budget and give appropriate impulses for the further development of the employees of your Scrum teams
You convince with:
A completed commercial or technical education or comparable relevant work experience
Profound experience as a Scrum Master (certification an advantage) and/or as a project manager
Proven knowledge of agile development processes and methods
You demonstrate your leadership qualities on a daily basis, act independently, are the communication hub in the Scrum Team and are characterized by your ability to work in a team

An attractive annual salary. For this position, this is well above the collective agreement, depending on your qualifications and experience (Junior: from €35,000, Senior: from €50,000)
