SPAR ICS is the IT company of the SPAR Austria Group and takes care of all IT needs of SPAR, INTERSPAR, Hervis and SES Spar European Shopping Centers.

We are over 500 clever minds and have two agendas: The smooth shopping experience of all SPAR customers in 8 countries and the digital business processes „behind the shelves“ in the group.

You support us:

Receipt of IT requests from our internal users and outlets via telephone, email and ticket system
Recording & independent analysis/rectification of faults and requirements as well as their classification & prioritization
Intensive communication and cooperation with different IT experts & support groups
Installation of standard and special software, as well as user administration in various applications

You convince with:

Completed IT training and/or several years of experience in 1st/2nd level support
Good knowledge in the areas of MS Windows (Office 365), Apple iOS & macOS as well as client and hardware & mobile device management
A high level of service and customer orientation and you are a reliable and communicative personality with organizational skills and team spirit
Ideally already existing ITIL knowledge (ITIL Foundation Level)
Flexibility and you are motivated to continuously develop yourself

An attractive annual salary. For this position, this is well above the collective agreement, depending on your qualifications and experience (Junior from €28,000; Senior from €45,000)
