SPAR ICS is the IT company of the SPAR Austria Group and takes care of all IT matters of SPAR, INTERSPAR, Hervis and SES Spar European Shopping Centers.
We are over 500 clever minds and have two agendas: the smooth shopping experience of all SPAR customers in seven countries and the digital business processes „behind the shelves“ throughout the group.
You support us:
As an IT Service Delivery Manager at SPAR ICS, you will make a significant contribution to the trouble-free operation of our IT services for optimal customer satisfaction
Here you organize and control all operational aspects of a state-of-the-art IT business or infrastructure service and assume responsibility for proper and smooth operation
In this environment you take care of the active monitoring and ongoing control of service availability and quality
You control regularly occurring disturbances and problems and solve them independently
You lead a team of support engineers or technical experts in an operational context and take over the coordination and technical management of external partners who support us in daily service operations
You convince with:
Successfully completed training in the IT sector or relevant professional experience
Concrete experience with ERP systems and their infrastructure
Independent way of working, strong communication skills, good understanding of customer requirements and a strong SERVICE mentality
Experience in commercial processes an advantage

An attractive annual salary. For this position, this is well above the collective agreement, depending on yours
Qualification and experience (Junior from €35,000; Senior from €50,000)
