As a dynamic IT unit, SPAR ICS is responsible for all IT matters throughout the SPAR Austria Group in eight countries and in three areas – food retail, sports & fashion and shopping centers. More than 500 committed employees deal with topics such as digital retail, data science, cloud & mobile computing or IT security and ensure that everything runs perfectly.

You support us:

Active co-design and further development of our web platforms
Active participation in projects in the state-of-the-art infrastructure & DevOps environment
Implementation with modern operating systems, configuration management systems and build tools
Active participation in the end-to-end responsible team, both in development and in 3rd level support
Participation in international projects

You convince with:

Successfully completed training in the IT field or several years of professional experience in the relevant environment
Combination of web & Linux know-how as well as basic network knowledge
Experience in the following areas is an advantage: configuration management (e.g. Ansible), cloud technologies (e.g. public clouds: Azure, Google), Java
Independence and proactivity in daily work as well as analytical thinking and high quality awareness

An attractive annual salary. For this position, this is well above the collective agreement, depending on your qualifications and experience (Junior: from €35,000, Senior: from €50,000)
