We enchant our guests here around the Pfarrplatz in the Pfarrwirt – the oldest restaurant in Vienna, at the (just redesigned) traditional wine tavern Mayer am Pfarrplatz in the Beethovenhaus as well as in summer in our unique Buschenschank in the Viennese vineyards – Mayer am Nussberg.
Our guests are spoiled with traditional dishes from the Viennese cuisine as well as specials at the point of time and of course with our award-winning wines from our own wineries Mayer am Pfarrplatz and Rotes Haus.
To expand our service team, we are looking for a For the expansion of our kitchen team, we are looking for a Sous Chef / Chef de Partie (m/f/d).

Tasks:
– YOU like to take responsibility for a smooth flow in the kitchen?
– YOU like to ensure an efficient cooperation of all kitchen positions?
– YOU are in control of the compliance with all required hygiene regulations?
– YOU like to deputize for the head chef?

Profile:
– Well-founded gastronomic education and professional experience
– Independent work
– Very good ability to work in a team
– Excellent appearance
– Communicative & creative
