RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ongoing detection, analysis and prioritization of security-related events
• Analysis of security gaps and vulnerabilities, as well as attacks on our customers
• Support for implementing countermeasures
• Writing reports and advising customers
• Refining detection methods for malicious behavior
• Creation and optimization of playbooks for triage and investigation processes
• 24×7 support (weekly change morning/afternoon; partly night and weekend service)

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Affinity to the IT industry or experience in the industry
• Good analytical skills
• Curiosity and inquisitiveness
• Interest in programming and scripting languages
• Very good communication skills
• Solution-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and safety
