My daily business:
Consult customers on agile methods in the project process and share knowledge on the subject of agility
Accompany transformation projects from traditional to agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
Being part of an agile team as Scrum Master
Design training material and hold trainings on Scrum, Kanban, product ownership or lean change

My portfolio:
Several years of professional experience as Scrum Master
Background in software development
Open and agile mindset
Experience with workshop and training facilitation
Ability to motivate teams
Hands-on mentality
Enjoyment of operational work
Business fluent in German (mandatory) and English

Gross monthly salary depending on qualifications, experience and salary model between € 3.500,- and € 5.000,-.
