Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Job Description

As the linchpin in the implementation of a software solution I am the interface to the department, the software development and the test. Technical contents are the be-all and end-all, from which existing business processes are analyzed and optimized. Meetings and workshops for the acceptance of defined requirements are my daily business. I am only satisfied when I know all the details for the desired solution.

My daily business:
Coordination, moderation, design and implementation of concept and requirements workshops with customers and documentation of the results
Design and control of the requirements processes
Analysis, structuring, prioritization and estimation of the responses
Creation of classic and agile requirements specifications
Collaboration with project and delivery managers in global teams
Support and technical management of the development teams
Communication and collaboration with senior stakeholders and customers

My portfolio:
Several years of professional experience in the IT environment including the conception and development of technical solutions
Project and technical consulting experience as well as experience in handling agile methods and data modelling
Professional communication with clients and senior stakeholders as well as within global teams
Experience in working with one or more of the following tools: Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, Rational Doors
fluent German (mandatory) and English in word and writing
Readiness to travel depending on project phase and requirements

Gross monthly salary depending on qualification, experience and salary model between € 4,000,- and € 4,800,-
