Bring your expertise to our international group and support Group Services HR & Legal and Marketing & Sustainability (from 20 hours per week):

Your tasks:
– Support our Group Services in operational tasks
– Correspondence with our employees, local managers and external partners (German and English)
– Maintenance of internal platforms and our legal database, as well as support of the recruiting platforms
– Participation in projects and events
– Preparation of presentation documents
– Office management (appointment coordination, mail, reports, accounting, etc.)

What you bring with you:
– levels and several years of professional experience in a similar field of activity (preferably in an industrial company or a law firm or tax consultancy) or studies (business or law) in the 2nd stage of your studies
– Coordination and organisational skills
– Excellent communication skills and convincing appearance
– Openness, ability to work in a team and strong service orientation
– Very good written and spoken English
