Job Description

Daily tasks:

– filling in the system of the bank statements

– filling debtors and creditors‘ unpaid invoices

– filling salary breakdown

– keeping payment schedule

– control and responsibilities for scheduled payments

– support senior accountant manager

Weekly tasks:

– report of cash flow and account balances

– debtor and creditor’s report

– report of unpaid invoices

– budget preparation

Monthly tasks:

– support senior accountant manager with monthly budget preparation

This role requires:

– previous experience in assisting and filling 1C accounting system is mandatory

– English level intermediate

– good knowledge of bank transactions at all levels

– good knowledge of accounting
