For the location in Hallwang and the associated facilities, we are looking for a committed

FACILITY MANAGER (M/F/X)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility for the areas of facility management, facility technology, cleaning, and the entire infrastructure

• Planning and coordination of repair and maintenance processes

• Continuous monitoring and optimization of the facility infrastructure

• Contract management – obtaining and negotiating offers and coordinating external service providers

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed technical education (Facility Management, Architectural Engineering, or similar education)

• Relevant work experience preferred

• Good IT-knowledge (MS Office)

• Independent and structured work habits

• Organizational talent and assertiveness
