Felder Group is a leading international company with expanding global operations in the development, manufacture and sale of woodworking machinery. For our woodworking machines, we develop high-quality software solutions and machine controls for our customers. We develop industrial and custom solutions for the woodworking industry. From CAD/CAM solutions to 3D simulations, HMI, order management systems and IoT application, we research, design, develop and implement solutions. Your tasks:
• Establishing and managing a Software Quality Team
• Planning and monitoring of test scenarios in cooperation with the development team in an agile environment
• Error analyses and coordination with developers
• Monitoring and managing risk assessments
• Ongoing development and optimisation of test methods, tools and process
• Analyse and assess customer problems together with the team
Your profile:
• Sound education in the field of software development/software testing (Higher Technical School, Technical College, University or comparable)
• Good knowledge of C# .NET
• JIRA and Confluence knowledge
• Familiarity with nUnit, Moq and Ranorex a plus
• Good software testing process skills (ISTQB certificate a plus)
• Analytical and structured approach to work with a high degree of solution orientation
• at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of software testing
• Fluent technical English

Minimum monthly gross salary € 4,000 and additional bonus payments according to the collective agreement. Higher salary possible depending on qualifications and experience.
