1753,00 EUR gross per month

For Das Naturhotel Chesa Valisa**** we are looking for a motivated and committed Chef-Pâtissier (m/f/d).

Decisive for this position are fun in teamwork, reliability and flexibility, quality awareness as well as the ambition to spoil our guests with delicacies made from 100% certified organic products.

These are your tasks:
– Leading the patissier department
– Creation of daily desserts
– Baking cakes for the daily fresh cake buffet
– Creating the strudels for the strudel buffet (1x a week)
– Creative ideas for the dessert buffet (1x weekly)
– Monitoring the quality of the food to be prepared
– Daily control of the food for perfect condition
– Ensuring cleanliness and cleaning in the patisserie
– Compliance with HACCP standards
– Advising the guests at the buffet

What you bring with you:
– Completed apprenticeship
– Experience in a comparable position (in the upscale gastronomy/hotel industry preferred)
– Language skills in German (English advantageous)

According to the collective agreement, the position is classified in wage group 3. Overpayment depending on qualifications, experience and commitment.
