OSSI Austria is looking for a Flutter Senior Dev

We develop usable communications apps to help elderly people stay in contact with their relatives.
Our open core of the client-side app (for relatives) is written in flutter and currently only for android:
https://gitlab.com/ossi-austria/amigo-app-flutter (attention: in this repo Jitsi is used, but we use Twilio nowadays)

we are looking for someone
who has more experience in flutter/dart than we do
has experience with android notifications, especially in flutter
loves to improve code quality, architectural design and maintainability
can start a good unit-test strategy and likes test setup (CI via GItlab)
wants to support a team in a flexible, side-project manner, ~100hours total in the next months, could be 1 month, can be 3, then we need to plan again
optionally: has worked with Twilio
for the following tasks:

integrate proper notification handling (must start android app from background)
add sounds to notifications when there is a incoming Amigo-Call (FCM + Twilio)
improve testability, maintainability and code quality (decoupling – make services unit-testable)
implement proper DI (with BloC or similar)
add firebase analytics and crashlytics
increase overall code quality and app stability
