Duties and responsibilities:

You are responsible for the implementation and operational management of a project. This includes planning and comprehensive coordination from a business and technical perspective.

You coordinate the interfaces and dependencies with other projects

You supervise the internal and external stakeholders for this specific project and make sure the requirements relating to quality, time frame und budget are complied with

You are a vital link between the management, our employees and suppliers

You are responsible for achieving transparency of costs and performance as well as the planning of IT costs (demand and budget planning),

project controlling in general

Requirements:

You have a university degree with focus on commercial information technology and software engineering

You have 2-3 years of project management experience having implemented and developed new IT projects

You are familiar with the tools needed for successful project management

You think straight and clearly

You work towards achieving objectives and reaching solutions

You are a good teamplayer and communicate easily with others

You have high quality awareness and an understanding of entrepreneurial thinking

You are curious and interested in multifaceted processes and tasks

Aufgaben:

Verantwortung und operative Steuerung eines Projektes, inkl. Planung und übergreifender Koordination aus kaufmännischer und technischer Sicht

Koordination der Schnittstellen zu anderen Projekten

Steuerung interner und externer projektrelevanter Stakeholder, inkl. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Anforderungen in Bezug auf Qualität, Zeitplanung und Budget

Schnittstelle zwischen Dienstleister, Management und internen Mitarbeitern

Herstellen von Kosten- und Leistungstransparenz sowie Planbarkeit der IT Kosten (Bedarfs- und Budgetplanung), Projekt-Controlling

Voraussetzungen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium (Universität, FH) mit dem Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mind. 2-3 Jahre Projektmanagementerfahrung bei der Einführung/Weiterentwicklung von IT Projekten

praktische Erfahrung mit gängigen Prozess- und Projektmanagementwerkzeugen

Strukturierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise

Lösungs- und ergebnisorientiertes Vorgehen

Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten

Qualitätsbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken

Neugierig, an vielseitigen Prozessen interessiert
