Operation manager of bank payments

Daily tasks:

– manage bank payments of group companies (both SWIFT and SEPA)

– to do the necessary supporting job as reviewing and preparing agreements, invoices, etc

– communication with the compliance of different banks

– reporting of balances of accounts and cash flow

– manage, and prepare income reports of daily deals

– responsibilities for the in-time payments

Weekly tasks:

– income report

– report of debtors and creditors

– keeping payments schedule

Monthly tasks:

– budget preparation and approval by management

The role requires bank experience in previous positions like back-office manager, compliance manager, and manager of international transfers, with a high level of knowledge of the bank’s requirements for SWIFT payments .

– English intermedium is mandatory

– Ukrainian/Russian
