Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Kitchen Hand to take on routine tasks in the kitchen such as preparing cooking stations and ingredients and also help in the housekeeping. You are skilled and can both follow instructions and comply with health and safety regulations in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will also be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, busy environment.

tasks:

Follow the prep list prepared by the chefs

Proper warehousing (1.in1.out)

Prepare cooking ingredients, such as washing and cleaning vegetables, cutting meat, etc.

Carry out basic cooking activities, such as reducing sauces, pre-cooking food, etc.

Prepare simple dishes such as salads, appetizers, etc

Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy by washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, taking out rubbish, etc.

Adhere to nutritional and hygiene guidelines

Perform other kitchen tasks as instructed
