Our tourism heart beats pink. Under the brand COOEE alpin Hotels, former ski racing professional Rainer Schönfelder initiated the concept. Currently, three sports hotels are operated in a modern style in Austria’s Alps.

For our COOEE alpin Hotel Dachstein in Gosau with 84 rooms, restaurant, sun terrace and lobby bar we are looking for a Sous-Chef (m/f/d)

That’s the job:

• Creativity in the workplace and independent work

• Experience in preparing food for with buffet and meetings

• Basic knowledge in merchandise management for orders and warehousing

• good cooperation with all departments in the hotel

This is you:

• Professional experience

• Joy and fun in dealing with our guests

• positive attitude and joy of working in a team

• HACCP knowledge

• Completed training as a cook (LAP or similar)

• good knowledge of spoken and written German and perhaps other foreign languages
